Enviro-Mark®NZ Workshop & Events Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 5 clear working days before the workshop is due to start to avoid incurring an administration charge..

Cancellations received within 5 working days of the workshop may be charged an administration fee of 25% of the workshop fee.

If you can’t attend the workshop, you are welcome to send a substitute participant in your place or to transfer to a later workshop (if one is available). Please note - if you wish to transfer to another workshop at a later date, you must provide at least 5 days notice of your intentions or be faced with an administration fee (25% of the workshop fee).

Regrettably, if you fail to attend the workshop and have not advised us prior or arranged for someone to attend in your place, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If Landcare Research needs to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to lack of numbers we will provide at least 5 working days notice of this and your workshop fee will be refunded in full.

In the unlikely event of cancellation by Landcare Research due to presenter illness or other unforeseen circumstances (eg weather, flight delays) you will be offered a refund of the workshop fees and the opportunity to reschedule at a later date.

Landcare Research takes no responsibility for participants’ travel or accommodation bookings, and no compensation for these or other expenses will be made if a workshop is cancelled or re-scheduled.
