Enviro-Mark®NZ - Platinum
Documentation of operational procedures and systems used to manage environmental aspects and impacts (e.g. work instructions, practices, training and communication, management review)
Platinum–level certification is achieved through a third–party audit, which also includes the previous three levels (Bronze, Silver and Gold). More information can be found on these three levels by clicking on the logos at the bottom of this screen. In summary the Platinum–level requirements include:
- Environmental responsibility and accountability has been effectively assigned
- Responding to environmental communications
- Environmental training of employees
- Operating procedures/work instructions that reflect the environmental management system
- Ensure non–conformances are documented, acted upon, and preventative actions undertaken
- Mechanisms to ensure that the environmental management system performance is monitored
- A written overview of the environmental management system
